Munawar & Andrews Santillo Llp in Cypress, TX is looking for one institutional account manager to join our team. We are located on 4976 Candlelight Drive. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, ambitious, and hard-working.

Your primary objective will be to understand the unique financial needs and objectives of each client and to provide tailored solutions and services to meet those needs. You will serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring that their expectations are met and that they receive exceptional service at all times.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with institutional clients, including understanding their business or organizational goals, financial objectives, and risk tolerance.
  2. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expert guidance on financial products, investment strategies, and other relevant services.
  3. Collaborate with internal teams, such as investment analysts, portfolio managers, and product specialists, to develop customized solutions that align with client objectives.
  4. Conduct regular meetings and presentations with clients to review performance, discuss market trends, and identify opportunities for portfolio optimization.
  5. Coordinate with operational teams to ensure smooth account onboarding, maintenance, and servicing, including addressing any client inquiries or concerns in a timely manner.
  6. Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and market developments that may impact institutional clients, and proactively communicate relevant information to clients as needed.
  7. Identify opportunities for cross-selling or upselling additional products or services to existing clients, working closely with sales and marketing teams to capitalize on these opportunities.
  8. Prepare and deliver reports, presentations, and other materials for client meetings, internal stakeholders, and senior management, as required.
  9. Monitor client satisfaction and retention metrics, taking proactive steps to address any issues and maintain high levels of client engagement and loyalty.
  10. Participate in networking events, conferences, and other industry forums to expand your professional network and generate new business opportunities.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field; advanced degree or professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CFP) preferred.
  2. Proven experience in institutional sales, relationship management, or client servicing within the financial services industry, with a track record of exceeding targets and delivering exceptional client satisfaction.
  3. Strong understanding of financial markets, investment products, and industry regulations, with the ability to communicate complex concepts effectively to clients.
  4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  5. Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to develop creative solutions to meet client needs.
  6. Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software; experience with Bloomberg or other financial analysis tools is a plus.
  8. High ethical standards and a commitment to integrity and professionalism in all client interactions.
